Why is your donation needed?  As you can imagine, the process of getting Tonya’s Law on the 2018 California ballot is overwhelming and help is needed!  JJ Petchel has the vision to accomplish Tonya’s Law and is working tirelessly on it.  However, he and the current small group of volunteers involved with Tonya’s Law can only work on a part time basis.  Funding is needed for a full time staff member.  That person is Alejandro Ponce. Alejandro, is a recent college graduate from the University of California, Santa Cruz with a BA in Politics.  In addition to working full time on Tonya’s Law, Alejandro will be studying for the LSAT and then applying for law school.  Alejandro Ponce is the perfect combination of affordable but capable help required to help pass Tonya’s Law in the November 2018 California General Election.  Additionally, expenses continually added up.  Nothing but a volunteers time is free and funding is needed for all the miscellaneous expenses.  Please give what you can to this effort.  If everyone gives a little, no one will have to give a lot. Tonya’s Law could ultimately save and/or extend, and improve the lives of countless cancer patients around the world. Thank you for your support!

Thank you Jeff Stone for agreeing to take Tonya’s Law to the next level! Senator Stone will be writing a resolution that encourages physicians to do DNA sequencing on cancer patients. I’m so honored to be part of this movement with JJ Petchel. Cancer patients will have hope!
